FOTON Optoelectronics will complete your order and prepare it for collection or delivery within 1-3 working days after the payment is reflected in our account, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

FOTON Optoelectronics reserves the right to cancel any pending purchase order if the payment hasn't been done and confirmed within 24 hours from the time of the invoice was e-mailed to a buyer. FOTON Optoelectronics can not guaranty the availability of the ordered product after the cancellation of the purchase order.

Stock availability

If you choose to checkout when products' stock shows "out of stock" or "pre-order" status, the order completion period might be extended to 1-3 weeks.

If you can't find the item you need in our catalogue, we may still be able to offer it to you at a competitive price and in shortest possible time. For registered customers with active account we will issue a special quotation for such items upon their request.

Shipping

If shipping is required, the buyer needs to contact FOTON Optoelectronics to arrange the best shipping option available.

Foton Optoelectronics may use different couriers depending on the weight, size and destination of the order.
Foton Optoelectronics is not liable for the delays of the shipping agent, but will make every effort to contact a customer where delivery of an order exceeds the approximate delivery time.
When the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming tracking information.

Prices

Prices displayed on this website include Value Added Tax (VAT). Value Added Tax of 14% applies to sales within South Africa. All prices are valid at the time of the purchase only. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Value Added Tax of 14% applies to sales within South Africa.

Products Warranty

All products purchased have a one year warranty period protection from the manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
If a purchased product is defective, the customer has to return the product in its original packaging, include all purchased accessories, software, manuals, etc.,  at his own risk and cost.
The returned product will be examined and repaired under warranty at the shortest possible time.
Warranty is void if found that a product has been damaged due to a negligence or misuse.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
